How can I connect two profiles as a part of the family?

  • It's Not possible to connect two profiles as part of the family.

Refund Policy

  • You can request a refund for any plan within 30 days of purchasing a plan.

If I update a profile, is the history saved, and can I return to the previous version?

  • Returning to the previous state of your dashboard or account is impossible. Changes made, such as deleting a profile or a list, are permanent.

“When someone checks in, is it possible for them to ask them a custom question?”

  • You can add survey questions to the check-in and check-out flows. Attendees, when check-in and out, can participate and answer these questions.

How to disable registrations

  • You can disable registrations from the list "Settings" page

“Hello, I have three lists, and I would like them to show up under one check-in link. How would I do that.?”

  • You can use the Universal Check-in Link to check in to all the lists you are running.

Can I download the attendance report for a single profile

  • You can download attendance report for all the profiles using the profiles report, but not for a single one.

  • In such a case, instead of downloading the report, you can check attendance for a profile on the dashboard.

How do I add new members to a recurring list?

  • You can add new members to the latest child list, and they will automatically be added to the recurring list for the following latest list.

Can I get a receipt for the last 12 months of payments

  • Payment receipts are sent out each month to the email on file. If you did not receive it or do not have access to the email, please feel free to reach out to us and request it.

I cannot update the card on file.

Subscription cancelation.

  • You can cancel your account subscription right from your admin dashboard.

  • Click on your avatar in the top right corner, and select settings.
