How secure is my data on OneTap?
We are a paid software as a service platform so we take data security very seriously, we do not sell or make any profit from the data stored under your account.
We store the data on MongoDB cloud, a large database provider. All data is transferred from devices to our secure servers using HTTPS & SSL.

We use strict access control to protect your data from being accessed by anyone other than the account holder. Our support staff may request permission to access your data for support related inquires, you may choose to deny the request.
Who owns the data?
The data's ownership belongs to you, we just store and process it. We will delete data from our databases if requested by our customers.
