These custom check-in codes could be existing ID numbers like student ID, phone number, Date of birth, or anything else you can think of.

Search by Name
Visitors will type in a name and the autocomplete will appear where the visitor can select a name.

Add check-in attachments

Lists > List Setting > Choose "Photo" for check-in method.

Pro tip: Survey can include signature as a survey field as well.
Add Check-in Restrictions
Add time and location restrictions for more security and better data accuracy.

Click on "Settings" to go to the list settings page
Under "Check-in Restrictions" click on "Enable Check-in Restrictions" to access the check-in restrictions modal.
Enable location and time restrictions.
When visitors check-in outside of the restricted location, they will see the following error.

What happens to the old link associated with the list?
The old link associated with a list will still work, but we highly advise you to change the link/QR code for the list
