💡 Sharing a recurring list?

  • Share the parent (original list) that was created, this step will eliminate daily work of sending out a new check-in link for each individual (child) list. People checking in on the public check-in link are automatically added to the most recently created child list from the parent.

Recurring Lists

  • Auto forwarding to the new child list

The public check-in QR code/link shared from the parent list must auto forward the check-in/check-out to the latest child list has been fixed.

  • The public check-in link page now shows the last check-in for an attendee with a time stamp.

  • Users can now select the last check-in to check-out

  • Users can now check-in again by selecting the last check-in and check-out instance

  • Administrators will be able to see all the check-in instances on the dashboard.
These are not duplicates, but different sessions in case the attendee has checked-in again.
