We are very thrilled to introduce the universal check-in link with OneTap

Be it events or daily check-ins, the universal check-in link offers faster check-ins across all lists/classes

Benefits

  • Less work for admins and attendees. Simply share one QR code/link and let your attendees choose which list they wish to check in to.

  • No need to entertain another email from your student, asking about their attendance for the last month.

How to start/setup (Admins)

We have made it dead simple for the administrators to create and share the universal check-in link

Setting up on Dashboard

The universal link is by default available on the dashboard, and therefore administrators do not need to create one.

How to access

  • Dashboard's landing page will give you access to the universal link

  • Click on the green share button to access the universal link

  • Share the link or QR code with your attendees to check-in

Different Check-in Methods (How visitors will check-in)

  • Check-in Code

  • Search by Name

  • List of Names

  • Check-in Code

    These custom check-in codes could be existing ID numbers like student ID, phone number, Date of birth, or anything else you can think of.

    Check-in code can be imported via excel file, more on that on this article.

  • Search by Name

    Visitors will type in a name and the autocomplete will appear where the visitor can select a name.

"How can I ask my attendees to take a check-in photo using the check-in link?"

  1. Lists > List Setting > Choose "Photo" for the check-in method.

  2. Want to include a survey instead? check out this article for survey check-ins

  3. Want to ask for a signature? Choose "Signature" 

TIP

These check-in attachments are associated with a particular list.
Make sure to set up attachments for individual lists.

FAQs

  • How to check in multiple times on a universal link?

    Once the check-in and check-out take place, the check-in page will give an option to check-in again

  • Why is the universal link different than other links?

    The universal check-in link is a one-stop solution for administrators who wish to track attendance across all lists with a single QR/check-in code.
    No need to share QR/check-in links for each list.
