Example - A member entered the gym who’s subscription is not active, and an SMS alert is sent to the admin
Setup custom fields on the browser dashboard
Go to the profiles tab and click on "Actions" button and then "Edit Custom Fields"
Add a field - there are multiple types of fields available, we'll go ahead a create a Yes/No custom field
Now head to the Alerts section
Create an alert
Now, based on the visitor's membership status, you can update their profile. When they check-in, an alert will be triggered and the SMS will be sent to the admin (mentioned phone number)
