How to use
You can check-in and check-out all the participants on the Admin dashboard and the Admin iOS App.

Login to your account on the Admin Dashboard - https://dashboard.onetapcheckin.com
Navigate to the list you wish to check-in/check-out all the participants.
Click on the "List Option" button and choose "Check-in All"

Data collected during check-ins and check-outs
Data | Description |
Browser name | Name of the browser that was used for check-in. e.g. Chrome, Safari, IE, Firefox |
Check-in method | The check-in method that was used. e.g.,

User ID | The admin/collaborator who performed the check-in/check-out |
Location | The location where check-in took place |
Timezone | The timezone of the location where check-in took place. |
IP Address | IP Address of the device that was used |
Check-in photo | Check-in photo taken during the check-in |
Check-in link | The check-in link used to perform the check-in |
Signature data | The signature added during check-in |
Survey data | Survey data added during check-in. |
Unique Client ID | Unique visitor ID/device ID where the check-in took place |
App version | version of the dashboard / iOS app |
Operating System | Operating System of the device used to perform the check-in. e.g. Mac OS, Windows, iOS, Android |
FAQs
Can I check-out All before I check them in?
No! The profiles that have checked-in first can only be checked-out.
