How can visitors register on the KIOSK

Registrations are essential to get the customer data into your OneTap account.
Let's see how you can set up registrations on the KIOSK.

Steps 1 - Enter KIOSK mode

  1. Click on the grid icon when inside a list.

  2. Choose "Enter KIOSK"

Step 2 - Enter the KIOSK settings page

Step 3 - Customize Registration Form

  1. Choose who can check in

  2. Customize the registration form by clicking on the + icon

  3. Create your own custom fields and or hide primary fields (Email, Phone, and Address). A name is required to create a profile.
