How do I customize my Kiosk?

Learn about how you can customize your iPad kiosk inside the OneTap iOS app.

You can customize the following UI items on the iPad Kiosk:

  1. Business Logo (UCLA Logo on the screenshot below)

  2. Welcome Message (text: "Please check-in below" on the screenshot below)

  3. Background Color (White in the screenshot below)

  4. Text Color (Black text as shown in the screenshot)

  5. Kiosk Disclaimer Text (Test below the welcome message)

  6. Post-Check-in Message

  7. Post-Check-in Message Timeout > Confirmation Message Duration

  8. Hide the QR Code view & QR Ticket scanner > Change that in the KIOSK settings

To customize the Kiosk:

  1. Hit the 'Settings' button > Gear Icon

  2. Choose the 'Customization' button

  3. You will see the KIOSK Customization screen (see screenshot #2 below).
