- Click on the avatar on the top right corner of your dashboard.
- Hit the settings button inside the avatar menu.
- Head down to the "Plan" section, here you will see the plan details.
- Looking to canceling your subscription? - Hit the "Cancel Subscription" button in red.
- Looking to change your billing method? - Hit the "Update" button next to your last 4 digits of your card on the "Payment Method" row.
- Looking to change your plan? - Hit the "Upgrade" button next to your plan name on the "Plan Name" row.
Note on plan upgrades & downgrades -
Our system should automatically pro-rate the charges and prevent duplicate billings, however if you are double charged please email us immediately at hello@onetapcheckin.com
